Hello friends, family, and comrades,

I am honored and humbled to serve in this role and excited for the year ahead. Together, I believe we can make this a year of growth, impact, and renewed purpose—strengthening membership, building camaraderie, and continuing to serve our veterans and communities across California.

One of the things I am looking forward to most is visiting your chapters, meeting our members, and seeing firsthand the incredible work being done in communities throughout our state. Every chapter has a story, every volunteer makes a difference, and every act of service matters.
But I can’t do this alone—I need your partnership.
If your chapter is hosting a special event, ceremony, outreach project, celebration, or community initiative and would like attendance from the DAV Department of California Commander or Department leadership, please submit a request along with all pertinent event details to      DAVCAL  Headquarters, Attention: Commander.

Let’s work together, support one another, and continue showing what DAV is all about—service, advocacy, and brotherhood. Looking forward to seeing all the amazing things we will accomplish together.

Hey everyone, let's dive into an exciting new year!
​Our core mission, supporting our amazing disabled veterans and their families, is always what drives us. This year, we're really focusing on two awesome themes: Growth and Hospitality! Think about how great it will be when we mix these two! We want every meeting, event, and interaction to feel super welcoming. That way, new folks will be eager to join us, and our current members will feel totally valued. Real growth comes from that feeling of belonging. And as our membership expands, so does our ability to really help out! So, let's jump into this incredible journey together! Your involvement, awesome ideas, and positive energy are what will really get us going and help us reach new heights!
